The first fine wine produced at plot 19 has been named 'Olivia's Feet', after my five year old daughter as she treaded the grapes! A further wine is 'called Fred's Red' In memory of my Grandfather who was a communist!
All of the wines at the moment are for my own consumption and I have been pleasantly surprised with the results.
In the future we will be selling English and Welsh wines, British beers as well as regional specialties. Vines will also be for sale. All orders must be in by the end of January.
The wines are made by hand at this moment in time. So far I haven't sprayed the grapes ensuring that all wines are naturally produced.
